How long does it take to receive my custom apparel order?

Question

Accepted Answer

While we do have standard turn times on custom apparel, production timelines often vary depending on the type of product, decoration method, order quantity, artwork requirements, and current production schedules. Most custom apparel orders involve several steps, including product selection, artwork preparation, proof approval, production, quality control, and shipping. The turn times for production generally begins after the necessary order details and artwork approvals have been finalized. Our current turn times are listed below, as of October 9, 2026 Screen Printing: 10 Business Days Embroidery: 15 Business Days Direct-To-Film: 10 Business Days Transfers & Patches: 15 Business Days Retail Finishing: Add 3-5 Business Days Promotional Products: Vary depending on sourcing vendor. Please ask an Ink rep for current turn times. Rush requests are accommodated to the best of our ability. If you're working toward a specific event date or deadline, we recommend communicating that timeline when requesting your quote so our team can evaluate available production and delivery options.
