Turn times are determined by picking time and transit time. Typically, picking time is 1-2 business days, while transit time varies based on the carrier and destination. For example, shipments through FedEx and UPS may take as little as 1 day or up to 5 days.
We uniquely identify every product with a barcode, allowing us to scan inventory in and out of our system. This ensures tighter inventory control and higher picking accuracy.
We have partnerships with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and more. Unless you specify otherwise, we will use our preferred carrier to secure the best rates for you.
If your orders are placed through our e-commerce websites, we include integration to automatically send your customers tracking numbers. For special fulfillment projects, this service is also available but needs to be discussed on a project-by-project basis.
