Policy Guidelines
1. Offensive or Inappropriate Content
We will not accept orders that include offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, discriminatory or defamatory language, or any content that promotes violence or illegal activities.
2. Copyright and Trademark Infringement
We will not produce items that infringe on copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization from the rights holder. Proof of authorization may be required before proceeding with the order. In cases where the legal status of the material is unclear, the customer must assume full liability for any potential infringement. This includes, but is not limited to, covering all legal costs, damages, and any other expenses arising from disputes related to the use of copyrighted or trademarked material. By placing an order, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold our company harmless against any claims of infringement.
3. Designs Contrary to Company Values
We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not align with our company’s values and ethical standards. This includes, but is not limited to, designs that are sexually explicit, politically sensitive, or socially controversial.
4. Behavior and Conduct
We expect our customers to treat our staff with respect. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff will result in refusal of service.
5. Non-compliance with Business Practices
Orders that do not comply with our established business practices, such as those related to payment terms, submission of appropriate artwork files, or adherence to production timelines, may be refused.
6. Safety and Legal Compliance
We reserve the right to refuse service if fulfilling the order would compromise safety standards or violate any local, state, or federal laws.
Procedure for Refusal
- If we determine that your order cannot be processed based on the above guidelines, we will notify you as soon as possible. Our team will provide an explanation for the refusal and, if appropriate, offer suggestions for modifying the order to meet our standards.
- Any deposits or payments made for orders that are refused will be refunded in accordance with our payment and refund policy.
Final Decision
- The decision to refuse service is at the sole discretion of Ink. Our goal is to maintain a respectful, safe, and positive environment for everyone involved with our business.
